Cancellation Policy
Rosin Babes understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore request clients must call, email or cancel online within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel with proper notice (24 hours) or no- shows will be penalized a fee of 50% of your service. Please note if you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your schedule appointment time, it is considered a no-show and a fee 50% of your service will be collected.
